Below you will find three buttons.
The first is our Building Use form. The online submission of this form is to request the use of the church facilities and to provide basic information for the church staff in determining whether the requested event date works within the church calendar.
The second is a Calendar Request form. Please use this form to request that an event be added to the calendar but the event will take place off site.
The final button is a link to a map of our building. please reference this map when you are requesting use of the building.
Further information will be requested as needed. Must be received no later than Monday evening to be considered for next week’s schedule.
Note:
1. Regularly scheduled church uses have priority over any other use.
2. Events will be added to the schedule in the order they are received.
